Returns & Refunds
We have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase/shipped. Send an email to rosscustomwoodworking@gmail.com to request Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA); please include order number and reason for return. We will reply with all information you will need to return your order.

Item returned must have a RMS # prior to returning.
Item must be returned in original package.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.
All unsolicited returns will not be considered for a refund.
No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
There is a 20%* restocking fee

How do I initiate a return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased from Rosscustomwoodworking.com, you may return* the item (s) within 30 days from the date the order was purchase/shipped.
We are unable to issue a refund or accept back “as-is”, "clearance" or “damage” discount items.
Once received in excellent condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item (s) returned minus a 20%* restocking fee.
Please report all damage claims to the shipper and rosswoodworking.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to correct the order as soon as possible in the event of a damaged shipment.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Changes cannot be made once an order has been processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us at Contact. Once the order has begun processing, even if it has not yet shipped, the standard Return Policy will apply.
Shipping, surcharges, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
All sales are final on merchandise purchased as: “as-is”, "clearance" or with a “damage” discount.
